This innovative sleeping bag features three layers for maximum versatility. The sleeping bag itself has a 250g/m² filling, while the upper piece and the lower piece both have a 200g/m² filling, with the lower piece incorporating a graphene heating sheet. The graphene-lined cotton sheet is detachable and can be used as a mat, secured to a camp bed with the attached rope. The inner layer of the sleeping bag is also removable and can be used separately as an envelope sleeping bag or blanket.

Adds something to the warmth of your sleeping bag

We're not very regular campers, so went for these instead of the much more expensive silk version (at something like four times the price). Quite a faff to get into and out of - maybe okay if you can sleep through the night, but try getting back into it in the dark!; it did seem to add some warmth, so probably worth it for cold nights.

very compact and light

It says it is good for extreme weather as low as 10 degree Fahrenheit I brought it when we camped out in Oregon it didn't stand the cold of less than 50 degree I got cold in the middle of the night but i love how it is very lightweight and compact. It says in the description it is around 2lbs. but in reality it ways less than 2 lbs.. good for backpacking
