To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty for the Khan Series Tents , designed to provide you with peace of mind and protection for your investment. Below are the terms and conditions of the warranty:

What’s Covered Under Warranty

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, effective immediately after delivery. If your Khan Series Tent or any component is found defective, we will repair it or replace it with the same/similar model (at KingCamp’s discretion) at no cost (for deliveries within the contiguous U.S.).

To initiate a claim, please:

Keep your original sales receipt.
Contact our Warranty Team at kingcampservice@gmail.com with:
- Order number/purchase date
- Photos of the defect
- A brief description of the issue

What’s Not Covered

The warranty excludes:

Physical damage: Holes, punctures, or wear from normal use.
Improper use: Damage from incorrect assembly, storage (e.g., damp/wet packing), or failure to follow care instructions.
Environmental factors: Mold, mildew, UV degradation, or damage from extreme weather (ice, hail, lightning, etc.).
Modifications: Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized parties.
Negligence: Use as a permanent shelter, extended unattended setup, or intentional damage.

Important Notes

Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center (return shipping is covered by KingCamp for approved claims).
Timeliness: Report defects promptly for faster resolution.
Care: Always dry and clean your tent before storage to prevent mold/mildew.

KingCamp Khan Series Tents are designed for recreational use and are made with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. However, they are not intended for permanent or semi-permanent installation.
