Could be a little wider. Would have liked it in black. Tight to get into and I'm 5'8 240. Well built. Like that it is adjustable for sitting.

Been looking for a long time for a chair like this and this seems to be the best available. The chairs are ok, but a bit overpriced for the quality. They are easy to fold and pack in the carry bag, and I like the size they fold to. Many similar chairs are full width are awkward to carry to a beach.
I ordered two of these chairs. One was broken on arrival; a bolt was sheered off. Got a replacement quickly and return was easy.
Very comfortable with good lumbar support. Thick well stitched material. Easy to set up and adjust. Has extra storage on the back and side. Easy to transport.
Very comfy and reclines almost flat! It has a nice carrying strap that you will need because this chair isn’t light - especially if you’re accustomed to carrying those cheap folding chairs that come in a bag. But it’s not so heavy that you can’t carry it from the car to the camper. Chair has a good amount of cushioning and you can lean back and rock in it. I hate to admit how long it took me to figure out that you have to RAISE THE ARM RESTS to make the chair recline. But once I did, I was delighted to find that the chair reclines almost flat! You could have a nice nap in it if you found something to use as a footrest. Perfect for camping or the front porch. If you value comfort when you’re sitting outside this is definitely for you!
It is a well-built and strong chair, has great back and neck support, is adjustable and portable, 100% recommended.
We just got back from a long weekend camping and this new chair was really a hit. I loved the little bit of flex each position has, it lets you find just the right spot. This chair also has a LOT more support for your lower back than most of its kind. It's almost like the designer was reading my mind. It was great for sitting upright, but let me tell you, if you go to the second notch which leans you back just a bit, it then becomes perfect for star gazing... and napping too if you're not careful ;)
The chair's frame appears to be heavy-duty. It is nicely powder coated too in a hammered grey finish. It is easy to adjust the angle of the back using the arm rests like many chairs of this type do. the pocket on the side does hold a 12oz can of beer (without spilling) and my cellphone fit in it too at the same time.
Ergonomically-speaking, this chair is excellent. I am 6'3" tall and 220 lbs, and most folding camp/director's style chairs would not let me sit comfortably for hours because the back of the chair falls below my shoulders which means you really don't lean back much and rest when sitting in that style of chair. Not so with this KingCamp chair. The top of the headrest aligns with the middle of the back of my head and of course my shoulders are fully supported. All this chair is lacking is a small built-in pillow. Nevertheless, it is really nice to buy a chair that is so comfortable and portable too. A+
?Awesome camping chair. Has 3 levels of incline for the back. Up like normal, recline a little, and recline further. In my video accompanying this review I show how it works. Very sturdy and well made. Love it!
Got this mainly for my hubby (6'2"/280#) since most folding chairs are super uncomfortable for him. He fit into it with extra space and loves how cushy and comfortable it is! The side bag and carrying strap are solid additions that give this piece extra points! It gives nice back support and the easy to adjust recline make it our new camping staple. It's not the lightest or the smallest but it's worth the effort to get it where you're going.
I have absolutely fallen in love with this KingCamp lawn chair! It is so nice, and I could not believe how soft it felt. I weigh almost 250 pounds and it literally holds me very well. This has instantly become my favorite lawn chair that I own!
It has heavy duty aluminum alloy tubes, it has a back pocket and cup holder, and it has commercial grade 600D Oxford fabric. When you sit in it, you just kind of melt into the seat. The armrests lift up so you can adjust the height of the seat back to let you lean back for relaxing and napping. The padding in the seat is very thick and nice, and the head is also supported.
The arm rests are more than adequate for you to put your forearms on and have enough width. The chair folds up very nicely and is not super heavy to carry with the included strap. It has a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds, and it is build like a tank.
Before getting this chair, my only concern was how much they were asking for it because it seemed very pricey. However, after receiving this great lawn chair I concluded that it is absolutely worth every dollar because it is that awesome of a lawn chair and it is very comfortable to sit in! I highly recommend it!
This is a well-built Heavy Duty High Back Camping Chair from KingCamp, a Chinese company. Touted as Luxury its price point reflects that. I appreciate that it is comfortable and ergonomic in that it does provide lower back and mid-level back support. It's an outdoor chair that positions easily from a sit-up position to a fully prone position by simply lifting the front of the armrests. However, in the prone position, the stiff back support may be an issue for some.
Enjoy the comfort of this strong camp chair. The canvas is three times thicker than other camp chairs. The adjustable feature will spoil you from using other outdoor chairs. A bit pricey, yet your back will thank you for purchasing this camp chair.
I like this chair. I appreciate the reclining feature. It is comfy to sit in. It opens and closes nicely. This chair is well-made and should last us a long time.
We like it and are happy to have it.
This chair is so smartly designed and nicely made compared to the camping chair it is replacing. The old one is lightweight, decently comfortable and folds up into its own bag, as does this one. But this one isn't small and basic like the old one is, and this one is much more comfortable! This KingCamp chair has padding rather than just a plain fabric seat and back, and it is overall a bit larger to fit an actual adult much better. The kicker is the reclining mechanism, which is easy to use and very customizable as far as how far you want to lean back. Plus it has actual rigid arms rather than flimsy fabric flaps. All these upgrades make this chair so much more comfortable than the basic ones. There is even a built-in zippered compartment across the back fo the chair, which is very handy and a great idea.
This chair also comes with a good quality drawstring bag so you can fold the chair up, bag it up and toss it in your trunk. The chair fits into the bag well and it is easy to put the chair in and get it out of the bag. We also hang the bagged chair on a hook on our garage wall using bag's shoulder strap, so the chair stays out of the way and we can always find it when we need it. The strap on the bag is also the perfect size to place it over the back of the chair so it doesn't get lost.
Overall this is a real upgrade compared to the basic caming chairs. My husband has claimed this chair since he is the tallest in our family and has a slight back issue that is helped by the recline function and the upgraded padding. He really does feel like the king of the camp in this King Camp chair.

This is a great chair, that is firm and comfortable. It's adjustable to a few recline positions, and is perfect for the need we're putting it to: all day baseball tournament coaching.
It folds up like the typical canvas chair, but is much more supportive (more like the folding aluminum lawn chairs of my 1970s youth). There's a zippered pouch to keep a couple of small things at least out of sight (phone?).
Mine arrived with one of the construction pieces broken (a rivet-like joint), but I was able to replace with a nut and bolt, and it works fine. Probably a shipping casualty, since the broken piece was also in the box.
The color is nice and neutral too.
Love it. Can't say enough good about it. Get it.

I am definitely loving this KingCamp adjustable high back camping chair. First of all I am 5'6" tall and over weight. That said this is a nice wide chair and plenty tall enough to support my back and head. Reclines beautifully and is so comfortable to recline in or just sit up straight. Once I sit in this chair on my patio I don't want to get up. Definitely heavy duty and well made. Folds up nicely for storing. Just perfect for me and feel it is a fantastic chair.
