A gentle hand pushed through the hood seam in

A gentle hand pushed through the hood seam in first 5 minutes of use. King Camp team sent a replacement but I'm not feeling confident in the quality. The compression sacs are stingyly built and require strong hands/wrists to get back in. Our kids couldn't do it. They need an extra inch of girth and a couple more in length.

The compression sac of the 2nd identical bag also broke with first use. Being built so small puts a LOT of strain on the seams.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the frustration regarding the hood seam on your first sleeping bag and the difficulty your family has experienced with the compression sacks.

While we are glad our team was able to send you a replacement bag, we are very sorry to hear that the compression sack for the second bag broke on its first use. We completely understand how frustrating it is when gear is difficult to pack away, especially for kids, and how tight compression sacks can put unnecessary strain on the seams. Your feedback about needing an extra inch of girth and length for easier packing is incredibly valuable, and we will be sharing this directly with our product design team to improve our future manufacturing.

We want to make sure you have a reliable setup that you can feel confident using. Please reach out to our customer support team directly with your order number so we can look into this for you and find a way to make this right, whether by sending sturdier replacement sacks or offering another solution.

Thank you for your time and for helping us improve our products.

Best regards,

The KingCamp Team

Cozy and soft

I've not used it yet out camping but I did use it one night in my living room and it's very warm and spacious. The fabric is nice and soft, doesn't have that itchy feeling some flannels do. I can't wait to use it camping!

Better than expected

We bought these for trips we would take together. They are very spacious and when you zip them together! It's more room than expected. Like easy more room. Im 6' and in the 3x category. My person is a large and there was room to spare. Or first use was mid April and while it was cold outside or was hot in our joined bag. It's a little heavier so not on the ultra light side but great for cold weather

Great Buy!

Love this!! I actually came across this for a review, it’s been 3 years since I’ve purchased this and still use it even in the summer on some of our travel trips my husband freezes me out! 😂 I would highly recommend it!! Very comfortable, has held its color and quality on washes and being tossed around on our journeys!

Warm & Comfy. Made Well.

I'm sure this is great for camping but I use this when the grandkids or adult daughter sleeps over. I bought a pricey air mattress and it lasted a week b4 it sprung a leak so this is the back up. Roomy warm sleeping bag. No complaints about comfort and warmth from them or me. Indoors my daughter slept on top of it. I brought it along in my car just in case when I went to a gathering at a friend's house a couple hours away. It got late with a dark unfamiliar desert area return drive home alone. Several out of town people were spending the night already scattered on the floor but they couldn't convince me to stay until I thought about this great sleeping bag I had with me. I agreed to drive home in the daylight. Always cold me was comfortable and toasty all night.

Great for plus size people!

I am 5’7” 300+ pounds and I fit in this sleeping bag comfortably! Keeps me warm in the fall/winter camping. Zippers are great, don’t feel cheap. The weight is light. The bag is to be desired. Made of cheap quality but the sleeping bag is the complete opposite! Great value for your money!

Warm and comfy

There are somewhat difficult to packing into the bag but they did work great , the option to turn it into a queen size makes it comfortable, not only that but very spacious, the zipper are odd but they do work. Quite expensive but worth it.

Great product

Slept so far two nights with temperatures reaching 35F. I am not particularly tough when cold, but I slept just fine in this bag. The cotton lining on the inside made to me the big difference. Highly recommend for above-freezing temperatures.

So Freaking Cozy!!!

The flannel interior is so cozy!! There is plenty of space, even for a large person. I'm 5"3 and my husband is 5'10. We each around 200lbs. Either of us can fit comfortably in this with a 24lb 2 year old.

When solo, the drawstring can be pulled tight to close the opening and make it fit just around one's face. The leg area is more narrow than the top, but not restrictive at all.

The weight is light-medium to carry. But considering the warmth level, I don't think it could be made much lighter and still provide as much warmth. It is very easy to pack up.

Tons of room in this thing

I am 6'2" 250 lbs and there is plenty of room for me in this thing. I love taller sleeping bags. Its a pain in the ass (as is the case with all that I have tried) to condense it back into its little carrying case. But it is very comfortable and pretty warm inside. I would say this is a 3 seasons sleeping bag, two normal sized people can probably fit in it easily.

Very comfortable bag

As an avid camper, I recently ordered the KingCamp Cotton Flannel Sleeping Bag and have been using it for my outdoor adventures. Overall, I am very satisfied with this sleeping bag and would rate it a solid 5 stars for its comfort, warmth, and value for money.

One of the standout features of this sleeping bag is its comfort. The flannel lining is incredibly soft and cozy, making it a pleasure to crawl into after a long day of hiking or exploring. The hollow fiber fill provides excellent insulation, keeping me warm even in colder temperatures. I appreciate that the bag is spacious enough to allow for some movement and finding a comfortable sleeping position.

The sleeping bag's versatility is another plus. It can be used in all four seasons, with a comfort temperature range of 39°F to 5°F. This means I can use it for most of my camping trips throughout the year. The ability to zip two bags together is a nice touch for couples or friends who want to create a larger sleeping space.

However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. Firstly, I wish the included compression sack was a bit larger and had more give. While the sleeping bag can be compressed, it's a snug fit, and a slightly larger bag would make packing and unpacking easier. Secondly, the bag could be more breathable. On warmer nights, it can feel a bit stuffy inside.

Despite these small issues, I still believe the KingCamp Cotton Flannel Sleeping Bag is an excellent choice for campers and outdoor enthusiasts. Its comfort, warmth, and 4-season adaptability make it a versatile option for various adventures. Considering its features and performance, the price point is very reasonable, making it a great value for the money.

In summary, if you're looking for a comfortable, warm, and affordable sleeping bag for your camping and backpacking trips, the KingCamp Cotton Flannel Sleeping Bag is definitely worth considering. While the compression sack and breathability could be improved, the overall value and performance of this sleeping bag make it a 5-star product in my book.

Sleeping bag is high quality, nicely padded, soft inside, keeps in the heat!

This is a very cozy, high quality sleeping bag. It managed to keep my partner and I warm while camping in a tent outdoors, with a low temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit (granted, we unzipped it and used it like a blanket rather than a bag, so we could share warmth). It’s full of thick, comfy padding and the interior is lined with a soft, flannel-like fabric. The zippers all function perfectly. It seems to be very high quality all around! I’m very tempted to get a second one so that my partner and I can zip two together to make a double-person sleeping bag. Overall, I’d recommend this sleeping bag!

Very nice sleeping bag.

It's almost time for our camping trips, and I wanted a nice new sleeping bag. This bag is constructed really well and seems to be very comfortable when testing it out here at the house. The zipper is easy to use and doesn't get snagged on the sleeping bag. This one weighs less than 6 pounds too. I like that it also came with a nice storage bag to keep it in.

Nice for A Budget Bag

For a budget bag, this is actually quite good. Sure, it's not what you'd take to the peaks of Kilimanjaro, but it's plenty for most camping scenarios as long as it's appropriate for the temperatures. At 5.7 pounds, it's not the lightest, but is great for car camping or even short backpacking trips.

The construction seems pretty good. The zippers seem alright - always tough to know how long they will last, but they are smooth and work well. The shell seems durable, and the inside is actually polyester that made to look and feel like flannel. It's kinda close to flannel, perhaps not quite as soft, but still soft none the less. You do have to shake the bag out to get the insulation to fully loft, and the hood does cinch closed with a drawstring.

Size wise, I'm a 6 foot, 235 pound, fairly stocky/wide dude and it feels good to me. Not cramped at all, but not noticeably spacious - just right. I have enough space to disrobe while in the bag or to roll on my side without issue.

Overall a pretty nice bag, especially for the budget segment. Great for ordinary use or to keep as a loaner. It would work well too as an emergency bag to keep in the trunk of car.
