Most folding chairs like this one have a very straight back. Fine, if you like that kind of thing, but this KingCamp has a slight recline making it much more comfortable. Label says it weighs 9 1/2 pounds. I think that's about average for a quality chair, though that's too heavy for backpacking.

Very comfortable abd easy to open and clise
I have been using this chair on and off for a few months now.
I like the size, construction, and comfort of the chair - though the armrests could use some additional padding or something.
The major downside of this chair is that it's not easy to unfold when you pull it out of the bag (or maybe I just haven't discovered the secret quite yet?). And, when you're done using it, it takes a bit of doing to get it folded up again. Aside from this, no problems!
