How comfortable

The minute they arrived, we took them out of the box and tried them out. The chairs well made and so comfortable! We're not campers, but go to many outdoor concerts and visit a relative's lake house. They were a bit heavier to handle for folding than our previous bag chairs, but the quality is so much better! Love them!

The only downside for me is the weight. It’s a little heavy for a little old lady to carry a long distance, but that’s the trade off for a sturdy chair. I love the arm rests as I need to use my arms to help rise from a chair.

The chairs are great but both bags were damaged with holes and tears in them. Don’t want to send chairs back but now have to find a way to transport them!

So far it has worked great at baseball games and backyard parties. I’m larger build and it has held myself and my 5 year old in my lap on multiple occasions without issue. It’s easy enough to fold up and set up. The cup holders work ok. I love that it’s a basic black. Its very sturdy and comfortable. Would recommend.

I love this chair. It is big and comfy and has no problem support heavy adults.
The build quality is great and it appears, so far, to be very durable. It is not easy to fold down and get back in the bag, but I think all but the smallest of these chairs share that problem, so I will not ding it for that.

I adore this chair. It’s a total win for me- my new go to favorite chair (and we own a TON for beach/camp/ tailgate/sport practice).
It’s oversized compared to other generic sports store and igloo brand camp chairs we had next to it- it was visibly larger. I’m also a good 200 lb and it supported me just fine with no bend or fuss at all. I know I’ve sat in camp chairs before that felt like they could not handle the weight of a plus sized female or large male and this is the chair you want if you have some lbs on you.
The material is also thicker and done more robust and sturdy than the one ply thinner stuff of a cheap sport store chair.
The best part about the chair in general is the zip open and Velcro closed cooler pocket on the side.
Even if you aren’t keeping drinks or snacks cold in the cooler pocket, it still works awesome for just holding misc. trash or a few things from your pocket like a cell phone and keys while you are hanging out. I did put drinks in the cooler pocket though without even adding any ice or cooler packs and it stays noticeably cool in there with just the cool temp of a drink to start over just having a drink sit outside. You can fit a good 3-4 drinks inside the pocket depending on sizes.
The mesh cup holder on the opposite arm is the standard size for a camp chair, which is in general a little undersized as it fits a soda or a bottle of water, but doesn’t fit a drink with a thick metal coozie on it (like a yeti coozie or contigo, unless it’s specifically a metal coozie for a skinny can like seltzers).
I like the black color as its very unisex and looks sleek and doesn’t show any dirt or stains.
I used it many times at the beach and it did a great job getting wet on the chair part and drying off pretty fast. I like that it doesn’t hold in water and feels like a sturdy outdoor fabric that would not mold or mildew easily.
The bag is a standard camp chair bag and has a strap to sling it over your shoulder or hang in garage.
I think it’s a great deal for the price. It’s sturdy, a little large, and the unique pocket has me sold hook line and sinker. I’d buy more of them.
Overall I’d recommend it.

We use them to watch kids sports and use at car shows

We use this awesome King camp heavy duty camp chair every single day around our outside area of the property.

It's perfect for my slightly larger size, but it also is extremely comfortable to my elderly mom, who is petite. I call it her Queen Chair when she comes and hangs out when I do work outside.

I really like that it has the pockets, including an unusual zippered one inside one of the handles.

It's super easy to fold too, which is a real relief compared to some chairs.

I wouldn't hesitate to get more chairs from this company.

The bag for it could stand to be a little more loose instead of snug. But since we've mainly used it around here so far I haven't put it back in the bag.

But I will when we go camping, or for that retreat I'm planning.

This is a very nice outdoor chair for heavier people. It provides support and comfort without having to worry about the chair breaking apart. It is fairly lightweight for toting to outdoor activities and folds up easily into the accompanying bag. It stores easily. I sifted through a lot of outdoor chairs that Amazon sells and I’m very happy with this chair that I selected. I expect to be using it a lot and it will hold up well.

These chairs are lightweight, yet very sturdy. Only critique I would offer is that the cup holder is too small for most containers.

This is heavier than I would like for a camping chair but it is plush! I like how easy it is to set up. It’s very comfortable. Good weight limit. Comes with a carrying bag. I like that it has a small cooler!!!!! One cup holder. A small mesh side bag for a cell phone or keys. It’s a great chair. I would definitely recommend it!!

Great materials and great build! Feels very sturdy, I’m 200lbs and I feel secure while sitting in the chair. I would recommend this chair to others.

This review is for the KingCamp Padded Heavy Duty Oversized Folding Camping Chair. It has a steel frame and supports up to 300 lbs. There is a cooler attached to one arm that can hold up to 4 cans but realistically more like 3 with ice. I use the cooler as a drink holder for larger drinks. There is also a side mesh pocket attached to the cooler that you can store items inside.

It's comfortable and feels like it is made well to me. The chair has some padding to it it is not just fabric. The padding is maybe a quarter of an inch thick so not a lot but it does help. This chair can be folded up into a pillar shape that makes it a little bit easier to transport in the car or on a hike.

Seems like a good chair to me that is priced fair for the weight it can support. I would definitely get another one if I need it in the future.

I got this camp chair to see if the added features such as the built-in cooler in the armrest and the hanging pocket were useful.

First off, this is a comfortable chair in general. It folds out easily and is easy to fold up. It feels sturdy and I like the design. I have chairs where the legs need to slide to retract and when they get sand in them, it becomes very difficult. This model does not have that issue.

When you set it up, there is no bar under your thighs to cut off circulation, but the edge is still taught. I like the support and I feel like I can sit up or slouch in it. So for a folding chair, it works well.

The added features are a hanging pouch with multiple dividers on the side for snacks or probably more likely your cell phone. It is a nice feature to have and it made it easier to put small items in there. The big question mark for me is the cooler in the armrest. It is narrow and small. Maybe a soda can or sandwich can fit, but not much else. The cover for it flips over and sits under your arm. I found it a bit irritating at times. It is not a big deal, but it is there. Since the space is limited, I can only think of a few items I might want to fit. It is more like a storage pouch than an actual cooler but it is insulated. There is still a mesh pocket in the other arm rest for actually holding a can of soda as well.

Another nice feature is the stuff bag it comes with. It is generous and well made. It is more like a heavy nylon than thinner bags that I have used. It should last for awhile. Now for the one caveat. All those extra pouches make it a bit harder to stuff it back into the bag. They are hanging out of the arms when folded so you have to push them inside to get the chair back into the pack. Not trying to nitpick, but want to make it known.

Overall, I like this chair. It is comfortable and well made. It is easy to fold out and use and the side hanging pockets are nice to have. The cooler in the armrest is there, but I doubt I will use it much. The bag is useable and durable. I would suggest this for sure and look forward to using it in the future on campouts or beach outings.

Got this chair to take when we go fishing. The chair is really nice and sturdy, it's very easy to fold and unfold. Comes with a carry bag that makes it easy to lug the chair around. I plan on getting a couple more.

Shipping was super fast and the chair came packaged really well. This chair does come with a carrying case like most your camping chairs. This is really comfortable and it is mainly due to the larger size. This even has a pocket on the side to put drinks or just to store things out of the way like keys and your phone. I would definitely recommend this camping chair.

Very comfortable and light weight , is it’s a little hard to open and lock it in place. But I I’m to to purchase another one.
