Am extremely pleased with the chair. It is as described in the literature.

I got a pair of these chairs and I really love them. The first time I set it up, it took me a bit to figure it out, but it's easier than a lot of ultralight chairs. They have held up well. KingCamp seems to be phasing them out. Please bring them back! I really wish I had gotten more.

The two chairs I ordered were not to my liking. The chairs, when initially ordered, were shipped separately. When the return was initiated I was only provided one shipping label. It took a week to get a second shipping label. I returned the chairs. Kingcamp received the chairs and supposedly applied a refund to the credit card that chairs were purchased with. Two weeks later credit can’t be verified. I’ve emailed Kingcamp that credit has not been received and they only email back that they issued a credit. Back and forth emails have resolved nothing and there is no way to speak with King camp to satisfactorily resolve this matter.

I bought this chair so that I had something to sit on whild crab fishing off shore at the beach. When going crabbing, I have to bring a lot of stuff. I wanted a compact (not just a foldable) high back chair with arm rests. This chair meets my needs perfectly. It folds up small enough where I can simply strap it onto my backpack, freeing up my hands or a shoulder (foldable but non-compact chairs have cumbersome shoulder straps) to carry other things. I have yet to use it while camping.

The stitching around the holes where the poles fit into see pretty solid. After 5 or 6 uses, no signs of tearing or stretching.

I do have 1 small concern. The design and compactness is pretty good. It is, however, made of aluminum. I'm just shy of 200lbs. I feel that although it can easily hold my weight, it may not take a beating. I sit gingerly into the chair instead of just plop down hard in it.

As of a few months, I give it the highest rating. But the true test is 1 year w/ maybe 20+ uses on hard pack surfaces, sandy surfaces, or grass.

Perfect for travel. Seat is higher than our old beach chairs which we love.

The chair is sturdy and comfy but clunky to put together.

No lumbar support! Otherwise, excellent! I got a camping pillow to make it more comfortable, but some wouldn’t care for the extra baggage.

All other chairs I tried for backpacking were so close to the ground and almost impossible for a tall person to get out of, especially after the knees get sore. This chair is easy to put together and take apart, but the shining star of this chair is its comfort. The height of the seat, the angle of the back and seat are all adjusted for optimal comfort. Wide enough everywhere for a hefty fella. The arms are a sweet bonus, just right, and the cup holder is handy. Nice folded size for packing, only a few ounces more than the ones for acrobatic midgets, who like to sit about 4 inches off the ground. Comfort is even better than conventional camp chairs, but this folds small, is light and VERY durable, sturdy, and affordable. I highly recommend this well made chair for all sizes of people who enjoy comfort.

The chairs are awesome! Very comfortable,cool design and lightweight. The only thing I didn’t like is the carry bag doesn’t have shoulder straps, I had to order separate,It doesn’t make sense to me. But I do highly recommend the chair.

I was looking for a Helinox chair because our friends had one but found this listing. I was more drawn to this chair because it has arm rests, unlike the similar Helinox model.

We got our chairs and practiced setting them up as I read other reviews that it was a bit difficult. The first time, it was a tad bit tough. Getting the rod pocket of the seat and arm rests over the ends of the poles was tough. However, on our second time setting them up it was a LOT easier!

We took the new chairs for a test run on the beach and they did NOT disappoint! They were very comfortable. I liked that my head could rest against the back and I had an excellent and comfortable nap. From the pictures, I thought the seats would be a lot lower to the ground like some of the other beach chairs but it was a comfortable height above the sand.

The chairs fold up easily. It's not a crazy struggle to fit them back into their storage bags. They are lightweight and compact so carrying them to and from the beach was easy.

We bought these for our sailboat and frequent trips to the beach. We've only had them for a short time but hopefully the aluminum will hold up against the salt water. I'll update my review if something changes, but so far, I have zero complaints and REALLY like these chairs!

I wanted a light but larger camping chair for the beach. packs in a small bag and is easy to cary. the other ones are a little too short for fishing (hard to jump out of when you have a fish on). I also like the fact that it has armrests and a high back. overall a good chair.

The size of the chair when apart. Fits perfect behind the back seat in my gladiator. The armrests are a huge plus. I've had chairs similar to these before but these are so much stronger build. Great chairs

Mostly decent chair for camping or other outing events. Intend to bring camping and to live music events where sitting comfortably is a priority. Biggest negative by far is the crossbar that digs into your head when leaning back. The headrest is padded, but not enough to mitigate the steel bar running across the middle of the back of my head. A little extra padding around that bar would have made a big difference.

Pros: high back, ventilated, arm rests, little swing action. Positioning is nice.

Cons: cross bar across head rest not padded enough. Set up is a pain.

Sturdy, well constructed That you could change which armrest has a cupholder is a plus.
Tends to flip in the wind when empty as the back is pretty high. But that's not a problem, high back is good.

We love these chairs. The only reason I'm not giving them 5-stars is the container bags were slightly damaged. One looks as if it was dropped and the metal tubing from the chair tore the bag (you seen the circular tear). When I looked at the second bag, it was similar and probably happened in shipping. I'm not returning for this, I'll cut some cardboard and insert on both ends of the bags to prevent further damage. But the manufacture should look at resolving this. The bag just needs something to protect the ends, especially if the chairs are going to be stored on their ends sitting upright. Don't let this prevent you from buying these camp chairs. We are very happy with the quality, comfort and ease of setup. Just buy them, you'll be happy!

This chair showed up in a web review for chairs with good back support. I found this chair was both very comfortable, and light. Also very light. After a bit of practice, it also gets assembled or unassembled in just a minute or two. Fits easily in bag, so is light and easy to take along. Very nice and affordable chair with what seems to be excellent quality that looks as if it won't break soon.

Putting the chair up could require some practice but after the third time it takes just a couple of minutes.
They are really light - taking them to a beach on a 2-mile hike is easy.

There are light but it will be nice if you can put them away with out taking them apart but I do love them

These chairs are perfect.

Pros: lightweight, packs small, has arm rests, sturdy yet comfortable to sit in, chair seems durable, and the vents are nice for hot day.

Cons: Difficult to assemble. Even following the directions and making sure the upright poles are oriented properly, it took a lot of effort to squeeze the arm and chair pockets onto the poles. The carry bag has a handle for carrying the chair in your hand. If you'd prefer to carry this across your shoulder or back, you'll need to add a strap. Quality note: the stitching on one of the loops that lets you secure the carry bag to the chair (to keep it clean and off the ground) came out on one of our chairs (we bought two). It doesn't affect the chair, but I was disappointed that the first time we used it something was already torn.

The pros make up for the cons, as I wanted a chair that is comfortable and doesn't take up much room in my car. This is a nice chair, but I wish they put as much effort into the design of the carry bag as they did for the chair itself.

Very comfortable and sturdy, although, a bit tricky to assemble by myself. I did get it done, but an extra pair of hands would have made it easier. Love how compact the carrying case is for travel. I'll take it everywhere I go!

For the price, if this holds up for 10 or more years, I will recommend. Small size & lightweight, & because bungee tension cord feature makes easy setup/tear down ( maybe 5 minutes) I don’t mind having to take apart to repack In included carry bag. Not sure about sturdiness, will update later on durability

Difficult to assemble but once done is comfortable. Lightweight & compact.

I am 200 lbs and sit comfortably in the chair. Arm rest is a must have
