Purchased this for my husband so our grandson can sit toasty next to his grandpa. My husband loved the quality of the material of the chair. The heat well, we plugged one side to a power bank and the other to the wall in the house to test the different levels of heat. The power bank (fully charged) side has not heated. The wall plugged side just BARELY heated the seat( 1/4 cup for reference) to only where heat is.. The back part on both sides did not heat at all.
The chair quality is great however the heating elements barely provide any heat, even on high. The heated area on the bottom and back feel about 4”x4” and that’s all. Would recommend based on chair quality but the heating element is nearly worthless.
