Don't sleep on this product! I used this in a 13x13 bell tent in 29 degree weather and it worked so well I had to leave the door item and the windows cracked. Make sure to burn it in before taking it on a trip. Also make sure the wood you use fits fully into the stove so no smoke escapes and make sure the chimney vent is set to on. The lever also indicates the direction of the vent. Pay attention. If used properly you'll hear the flame being pulled into the chimney. Only down side is it's low to the ground. Get a mat for your knees... pro tip!

My first stove came in with a broken window. Customer service had me a replacement within a week. I burnt in the new stove and then tried it in the hot tent. Works amazing, definitely worth the money.

This King camp stove really did a great job. I spent 7 days on the mountain for Elk camp and was very happy to be warm and comfortable. I cooked some delicious food on it too. 😋

This chimney heats a 16'x16' tent well and does combat the cold. And now, based on my experience, I recommend the following: Do not put firewood too close to the chimney door, so that the smoke does not escape. And also make sure that the top lid is closed correctly, and that the pipe lever is in "On". This way the air flows upwards and you avoid "choking" on the smoke. DO NOT touch the pipes after lighting the chimney. Because once they are hot, they become red hot. And well, I just hope that its durability is very satisfactory too. I recommend buying it and I would too, if I would buy it again. Because I think, it would be very good to have one ready to use, as a reserve. Thanks KingCamp.

I recently got a hot tent and ordered this little stove to use with it. Where I live we are still under strict fire restrictions so I have to wait probably another month or so to actually take this out and test it well. In the meantime, I'm pretty excited about this little stove and wanted to add some pics and comments about it. I'll try to return and update this after testing it out a few times this fall. When I opened the box I was immediately impressed with how sturdy and solid the stove feels. It seems to be manufactured very well and I didn't encounter any sharp edges or misaligned parts at all. Assembly was easy with the one-page instruction set and the stovepipe fit together tightly, though not so much that I can't easily disassemble it. I really like the glass windows in the side. Many of these stoves I've looked at don't have windows so it's not so easy to tell when to add more wood. This stove makes it easy to monitor your fire and adds the pleasant ambiance of seeing the flames inside the stove. I'm very pleased with this little stove so far and can't wait to test it out once the fire bans lift!

Small and compact. Heats space nicely. Good quality materials and it folds up into bag very tightly and you can fit all the accessories inside when you transport it so it transport all in one piece. The windows on the side of it make it seem like you have a fireplace inside your tent. I cannot express how happy i am with that alone. Very happy with this purchase i would recomend to anybody. I will note that it is VERY small so if you have a larger tent definitely get a medium or large.

Very well constructed. Have had it out twice and it has performed fantastically. The stove warms very well, easy to use, and I experienced no smoke leakage. Windows create a perfect glow in the evening.

My lady and I have been winter camping for the past 2 years and we' were looking to upgrade our stove for our hot tent. The king camp did the job. I spent a lot of time researching camping stoves online and I was shocked at how expensive some of them are. I understand that it costs money to make a quality product but after watching many YouTube videos of people comparing more expensive stoves to this one I decided I would give it a try. I was surprised at how well this stove is made, the metal was thicker than I expected and the whole unit felt much sturdier than I assumed it would. My only criticism is the sharp edges on some of the parts. That being said they supply some cut resistant gloves and I'm not going to complain about a problem that can be solved with a bit of sand paper and about 10 minutes of my time. Overall I'm more than happy with my purchase and I would recommend this stove to anyone looking to get into hot tent camping on a budget.

This heavy duty camping stove by King Camp is an amazing piece of winter camping equipment. I wanted a stove I could fit a log into without the need to cut it down in size, due to my injured hands/arms. This stove made that happen, it has all the features that make a stove great. Especially the windows, obviously to stare at the fire, but heat transfers through glass easier than metal, so it's more efficient in that regard. It comes with a carrying bag which is a good thing, since the only negative I could find with the stove is that it has some weight to it and that isn't really too much of a negative considering the workmanship of this stove is excellent. You could buy a cheaper stove elsewhere, however, you get what you pay for and I'm not gonna go cheap when we're talking about Carbon Dioxide and cheaply made hot tent stoves using inferior materials. This stove is worth every penny in terms of safety, workmanship and quality. King Camp has a number of other camping items too that are worth checking out.

Very well built stove! This is my first tent stove and I can honestly say this is a stove I'll be handing down to my kids! Built like a tank and has worked without fail everytime. Very happy on this purchase.

The stove worked well and I like the size. However, one of the mounting posts/pegs for the side grate had too tight of a fit into its corresponding hole and would not come loose. I worked it and worked it but ultimately had to break off the cylindrical it was inserted into from the stove in order to re pack. The cylinder is still stuck to the peg. The other side grate did not have this problem.

This wood stove is VERY well designed - it has been durable and it holds heat well. One of my favorite features is the removable top panel. It makes adding larger logs a breeze. The fitment of the stovepipes is great - just make sure you tighten everything (with the included tool). Customer service is excellent! I had a need for two additional pipe sections and they responded extremely rapidly.

I took this camping and used it outside of my tent (I didn't have the tent with a stove pipe outlet). The stove is heavy, so I do not recommend it for primitive camping. It was easy to setup and put together. The cool thing is that when you have the fire going you can put the pipes on and it to direct the smoke higher up or away from you. Once the fire is going it radiates some good heat for keeping warm.

This is such a great thing to have when camping and fishing if you want to cook what you catch. It's very portable. It's a bit heavy so I wouldn't be carrying it on a hiking trip but it's good for camping.

This stove is a great. It produces a good amount of heat but if this is your first stove take some time to understand how you need to start your fire and how to keep your coals. This packs up really well. I haven't tried cooking with it yet but it seems like that would be an easy task. Keeps my tent nice and toasty!

Compact for storage or transport. Easy to assemble. High build quality. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn’t have any issue with leaking stove pipe. This is a great high quality, high value alternative to the much more expensive stoves out there. It’s perfect for a beginner or occasional use.

I bought the Medium size and was amazed at how good the quality was, highly recommended.
