Do you offer offline or in-person installation services?
At this time, we do not provide offline or in-person installation services.
However, the tent is designed for simple, user-friendly installation, and most customers can complete the setup using the included tool kit with 2 people. If you need help choosing the right roof rack or have installation questions, our customer support team is happy to assist.
Is this roof tent compatible with my vehicle?
Yes. The tent is universally compatible with any vehicle equipped with standard roof rails or a roof rack that meets the weight requirements. If your vehicle can support the tent’s weight plus occupants, it will work.
How long does setup take?
